Shipping Policy
We want your Solely order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery options.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping options and costs available for your order will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
2. Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed from the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
During particularly busy periods, such as product launches, promotions or holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer. If we expect a significant delay, we'll contact you using the details provided with your order.
3. Delivery Options
We use Evri and Royal Mail for UK deliveries.
The available delivery options and their prices will be shown at checkout. Depending on your delivery address and the options available at the time of purchase, these may include:

Delivery times provided by our delivery partners are estimates or delivery aims and are not guaranteed unless the service specifically states otherwise.
Please note that the delivery timeframe begins after your order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.
4. Tracking
All of our listed delivery services provide tracking or delivery confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
You can use the tracking information provided to follow the progress of your order directly with the relevant delivery provider.
5. Delayed or Missing Orders
While we work with our delivery partners to ensure your order arrives within the expected timeframe, delivery delays can occasionally occur.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@wearsolely.co.uk and we'll investigate this with the relevant delivery provider.
If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we'll work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
Please note that delivery estimates provided by Evri and Royal Mail are not guaranteed delivery dates unless the specific service states otherwise.
6. Incorrect Delivery Information
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@wearsolely.co.uk. We'll do our best to update your order if it has not yet been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply in these circumstances.
7. Delivery Times and Your Legal Rights
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days and for orders to arrive within the delivery timeframe indicated at checkout.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, UK consumer law generally requires goods purchased online to be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being entered into.
If we do not deliver your order within the applicable timeframe, you may have additional rights under UK consumer law.
